Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with FlowNurture in 15 minutes — set up your workspace, verify your sender, add contacts, and send your first email.

This guide covers the fastest path from a new account to your first email. Follow these steps in order.

1. Create your account

Sign up at flownurture.com. The Free plan includes 1,000 contacts, 1,000 emails per month, 3 workflows, and Nura AI — no credit card required.

2. Set up your workspace

Go to Settings → Profile and confirm your organization name and timezone. These appear in emails and affect scheduled send times.

3. Verify your sender

Go to Settings → Sender and enter the name and email address you want to send from. Complete the verification step — campaigns and workflow emails will not send until this is done.

Don't skip sender verification

Email steps in workflows will fail if your sender is not verified. This is the most common reason new users can't send emails.

4. Add contacts

You can add contacts three ways:

  • Import CSV — go to Contacts and click Import CSV
  • Create manually — add individual contacts from the Contacts page
  • Capture via forms — create a form in Templates → Forms and embed it on your site

5. Send your first campaign

  1. Go to Campaigns → New Campaign
  2. Enter a name and subject line
  3. Build the email using the visual editor
  4. Select your audience (all contacts or a segment)
  5. Review and send

6. Or build your first workflow

  1. Go to Workflows → Create Workflow
  2. Choose from scratch or use a template
  3. Add steps: SEND_EMAIL → DELAY → SEND_EMAIL
  4. Activate when ready

  • Lead scoring — prioritize contacts by engagement (Growth+)
