Common questions about pricing.
Do I need a credit card to start on Free?
No. You can sign up for the Free plan with just your email address — no payment details required. You're only prompted for a card when you choose to upgrade.
What happens when I hit my monthly email limit?
On Free, sending pauses until your limit resets at the start of your next monthly cycle. On paid plans, emails above your limit are billed at the end of your billing period — $1.00 per 1,000 on Starter, $0.90 per 1,000 on Standard, $0.80 per 1,000 on Growth, and $0.75 per 1,000 on Pro. You'll receive an in-app warning as you approach your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between Standard, Secure, and Premium sending?
Standard (Free) uses a shared IP pool with basic deliverability. Secure (Starter, Standard & Growth) adds custom domain authentication — DKIM, SPF, and DMARC — which significantly improves inbox placement and protects your sender reputation. Premium (Pro) provides dedicated IP pools, which means your sending reputation is entirely your own, with advanced monitoring and a priority sending queue.
What does "Unlimited contacts" mean on paid plans?
On Starter and above, there is no hard cap on the number of contacts you can store. Billing is based on emails sent, not contacts stored. You can import, segment, and manage as many contacts as you need.
What AI features are available on each plan?
Nura Assistant is included on every plan including Free — it guides you through onboarding and product setup. AI Content Assistant (Standard+) lets you create emails, content and marketing assets with AI. AI Growth Copilot (Growth+) helps you plan campaigns, generate workflows and optimize performance. Nura Growth OS (Pro) adds revenue intelligence, execution automation and growth optimization — a full AI operating layer for your business.
Can I try Growth or Pro features before committing?
Yes — you can start a trial when signing up. AI-powered onboarding will guide you through setup, and you can explore all features during your trial period.
