Google Calendar integration and booking pages are here
Let your contacts book meetings directly from your emails, landing pages, or a shareable link. FlowNurture syncs with Google Calendar, checks availability in real time, and auto-creates contacts for every booking.
You can now connect Google Calendar to FlowNurture and create booking pages that let contacts schedule time with you — no back-and-forth emails, no third-party scheduling tools.
Every booking automatically creates a contact in your workspace, applies a tag, and can trigger a workflow. It's scheduling that feeds directly into your nurture engine.
What's included
Google Calendar connection
Connect your Google account from Settings > Integrations. FlowNurture reads your calendar availability in real time — if you're busy, those slots won't show up on your booking page.
OAuth is fully secure. FlowNurture only requests access to your calendar events, and you can disconnect at any time.
Booking pages
Create booking pages from Settings > Booking. Each page gets a shareable link like app.flownurture.com/book/discovery-call that you can embed in emails, landing pages, or share directly.
Configure each page with:
- Meeting duration — 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes
- Buffer time — automatic gaps between meetings to avoid back-to-back scheduling
- Available hours — set different hours for each day of the week
- Advance booking window — control how far ahead contacts can book (up to 90 days)
- Timezone — all slots display in your configured timezone so there's no confusion
Real-time availability
When a contact visits your booking page, FlowNurture checks your Google Calendar for conflicts and only shows open slots. If you add a meeting to your calendar outside of FlowNurture, those times are automatically blocked.
Existing FlowNurture bookings are also factored in, including any buffer time you've configured.
Automatic contact creation
When someone books a meeting, FlowNurture:
- Creates a new contact (or links to an existing one if the email matches)
- Applies a "Booking" tag automatically
- Sets the contact source to
booking - Records the booking with all details (date, time, notes)
This means every booking is a trackable lead in your pipeline from the moment it's confirmed.
Calendar event creation
A Google Calendar event is created for both you and the guest, with:
- Meeting title and description
- Guest as an attendee (they receive a calendar invite)
- Automatic reminders at 1 hour and 15 minutes before the meeting
Confirmation and reminder emails
Guests receive:
- Confirmation email — immediately after booking, with meeting details and a cancel link
- 24-hour reminder — the day before the meeting
- 1-hour reminder — just before the meeting
Every email includes a link to cancel or reschedule if plans change.
Workflow triggers
A new Booking Created trigger type is available in the workflow builder. When a contact books a meeting, they can be automatically enrolled into a workflow — for example:
- Send a pre-meeting questionnaire
- Share relevant resources before the call
- Follow up automatically if no future booking is made
You can also trigger workflows using the "Booking" tag via the existing Tag Added trigger.
Email builder: Book a Meeting button
The email template editor now includes a Book Meeting block. Drop it into any email template, set the booking page slug, and your recipients get a styled CTA button that links directly to your booking page.
How to get started
- Go to Settings > Integrations and connect Google Calendar
- Go to Settings > Booking and create your first booking page
- Share the link or add a Book Meeting button to your email templates
- Set up a workflow with a Booking Created trigger to automate your follow-up
What's next
We're working on a few additions to the booking system:
- Zoom and Google Meet integration — auto-generate meeting links for each booking
