Everything Copilot creates is a draft you review before it goes live. Nothing is auto-sent, auto-activated, or auto-scheduled.
What's new
Draft creation
These features generate AI output and save it as a draft record in your workspace. You review and edit before activating.

Workflow drafts — Describe your goal, audience, and trigger. Copilot generates a complete workflow with delays, emails, and conditions. Preview the steps, then save as a draft and continue building in the editor.

Segment drafts — Get AI-recommended audience segments with suggested targeting rules based on your contact data. Save the best recommendation as a draft segment and refine it.

Campaign drafts — Generate a full campaign strategy — messaging angles, subject line ideas, CTA suggestions, and follow-up ideas. Save as a draft campaign and edit before sending.
Analysis and insights
These features analyze your data and return structured recommendations. No records are created or modified.

Lead insight summaries — Understand your contact database health at a glance: lifecycle distribution, scoring patterns, engagement trends, risks, and opportunities.

Review-first by design
AI Copilot is designed to help you move faster while keeping you in control. It does not:
- Auto-send or auto-schedule campaigns
- Auto-activate workflows
- Auto-enroll contacts into workflows
- Bypass your plan permissions
- Take any live action without your review
When you save a draft, it's created in DRAFT state. You review copy, conditions, timing, and targeting in the editor before anything goes live. Analysis features return recommendations only — they never modify your data.
