Why Is a Feature Locked?
Why some features show as locked or unavailable, and how to upgrade to access them.
If you see a feature that's grayed out, shows a lock icon, or displays an "Upgrade" prompt, it means your current plan doesn't include that feature.
Why features are gated by plan
FlowNurture uses plan-based access. Each plan tier unlocks additional capabilities:
- Free — core email, workflows (up to 3), forms, and Nura onboarding
- Starter ($15/mo) — unlimited contacts, workflows, forms, and team members; manual segmentation
- Standard ($49/mo) — AI Content Assistant, Lead Scoring, Smart Segments
- Growth ($149/mo) — AI Growth Copilot, AI Workflow Generation, Journey Intelligence, Agent Workspace
- Pro ($299/mo) — Nura Growth OS, Autonomy, API access, dedicated account manager
Common examples
"AI Content Assistant requires Standard or above" The AI writing tools in the email and landing page editors are available on Standard ($49/mo) and above.
"AI Growth Copilot requires Growth or Pro" AI Growth Copilot — workflow generation, campaign strategy, journey intelligence, and performance analysis — is available on Growth ($149/mo) and above.
"Autonomy requires a Pro plan" Letting Nura execute approved growth actions autonomously is exclusive to Pro ($299/mo).
"Smart segments require Standard" Segment rules using lead score, engagement score, engagement trend, and conversion likelihood require the Standard plan or above. Manual segmentation (static, rule-free segments) is available on Starter and above.
"You've reached your workflow limit" The Free plan includes 3 workflows. Upgrade to Starter for unlimited workflows.
How to upgrade
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Compare plans and features
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
Plan changes take effect immediately. Your existing data, contacts, and workflows are preserved.
